Digital Course Refund Policy

We want students to feel confident when enrolling in Crown.ologist Academy. Because this program provides immediate access to proprietary digital education, downloadable resources, business materials, and intellectual property, purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, provided that:

  1. Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed;
  2. The student has not accessed or attempted the final examination;
  3. No certificate has been issued or downloaded; and
  4. The student has not downloaded or substantially accessed proprietary course manuals, protocols, templates, forms, or other protected resources.

Once any of these limits have been exceeded, or more than 72 hours have passed since purchase, the enrollment becomes nonrefundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the purchaser's full name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on the financial institution.

If a student experiences a technical problem, Crown.ologist Academy must first be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Duplicate charges or purchases made in error will be reviewed individually.

Payment Plans

Choosing a payment plan does not create a monthly membership and does not allow the student to cancel the remaining payments after accessing the program.

A payment plan divides the total course price into installments. Unless a refund is approved under this policy, all scheduled payments remain due.

What Does Not Qualify

Failure to complete the course, changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction after substantially accessing the materials, or failure to achieve a particular business or financial result does not qualify for a refund.

Policy Violations

Crown.ologist Academy reserves the right to revoke access for violations of its Terms of Use, including unauthorized sharing, copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution of course materials. Revocation for a policy violation does not entitle the student to a refund.
