These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crown.Ologist website, courses, training programs, digital materials, memberships, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a course or other offering, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. About Crown.Ologist
Crown.Ologist provides educational programs and resources related to trichology, hair and scalp knowledge, client consultation, professional development, and related subjects.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our Services unless a parent or legal guardian has provided appropriate consent.
By purchasing or using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
3. Educational Purpose
Crown.Ologist courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Our programs may discuss topics including hair loss, scalp health, hair biology, consultation techniques, cosmetic products, devices, treatments, professional practices, and circumstances in which referral to an appropriately licensed healthcare professional may be appropriate.
The information provided through Crown.Ologist is not intended to constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Nothing in our courses authorizes a participant to perform services that require a professional or healthcare license they do not possess.
Students and practitioners are responsible for understanding and following the laws, licensing requirements, scope-of-practice rules, and professional regulations applicable in their own state or jurisdiction.
4. No Professional or Medical Relationship
Participation in a Crown.Ologist course does not create a doctor-patient, healthcare-provider-patient, or other licensed medical relationship between Crown.Ologist, its instructors, and the participant or participant's clients.
Course examples, case studies, demonstrations, discussions, and educational scenarios are intended to support learning and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice.
When a concern is outside an individual's professional scope, appropriate referral to a qualified healthcare professional should be considered.
5. Certificates
Certain Crown.Ologist programs may provide a certificate of completion to participants who satisfy the applicable course requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Crown.Ologist certificate:
- Confirms completion of the applicable Crown.Ologist educational program.
- Is not a medical license.
- Is not a cosmetology or other state-issued professional license.
- Does not replace any license, registration, certification, education, or supervised experience required by law.
- Does not independently authorize the holder to diagnose, prescribe, treat medical conditions, or perform regulated services.
Participants are responsible for determining what services they may legally provide in their jurisdiction.
6. Course Access
Unless a particular offer, checkout page, or written agreement states otherwise, purchased Crown.Ologist courses include access for six (6) months beginning from the date access is granted.
Different programs, promotions, memberships, subscriptions, or offers may provide different access periods.
The access period displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page will control if it differs from the standard six-month period.
After the applicable access period expires, access to course videos, downloads, resources, communities, or other materials may end.
7. Purchases and Payment
Crown.Ologist may offer different payment arrangements, including:
- One-time payments
- Installment or payment plans
- Subscriptions or memberships
- Promotional payment arrangements
The price and payment structure applicable to your purchase will be displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Crown.Ologist and its payment providers to charge the applicable amounts according to the offer you selected.
8. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all payments associated with that plan according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
A payment plan is a method of paying the purchase price and does not automatically mean that you may cancel your remaining payments simply because you stop participating in or accessing the course.
If a scheduled payment fails, Crown.Ologist may attempt to process the payment again and may suspend access to the applicable Services while payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law.
9. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Some Crown.Ologist Services may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, the checkout page will identify the applicable price, billing frequency, and other material subscription terms.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms presented at checkout until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges and does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law or provided under the applicable Refund Policy.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Crown.Ologist Refund Policy applicable at the time of purchase.
You should review the Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Accounts and Passwords
Course accounts are intended for the individual who purchased or was authorized to access the program.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not share your login credentials or provide unauthorized individuals with access to paid Crown.Ologist materials.
Crown.Ologist may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Crown.Ologist owns or licenses the content provided through its Services, including course videos, presentations, workbooks, worksheets, graphics, frameworks, text, downloads, training materials, branding, and other educational content.
Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own education and, where expressly permitted, your professional practice.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course materials or intellectual property to you.
13. Prohibited Use of Course Materials
Without prior written permission from Crown.Ologist, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of course materials.
- Record or redistribute course videos.
- Upload paid materials to file-sharing websites or other platforms.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute course materials.
- Share your account with others.
- Repackage Crown.Ologist materials as your own course or training program.

- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Publicly distribute paid worksheets, slides, manuals, or other protected resources.
You may use the knowledge and skills you learn through the program in your own work, subject to applicable law and your professional scope.
14. Crown.Ologist Names, Branding and Credentials
Enrollment in or completion of a Crown.Ologist program does not transfer ownership of Crown.Ologist trademarks, logos, course names, proprietary frameworks, or other branding.
Any permission to describe yourself as having completed a particular Crown.Ologist program must be truthful and must not imply that Crown.Ologist has issued a license or authorization that it has not actually provided.
15. Results and Earnings Disclaimer
Crown.Ologist does not guarantee specific educational, professional, business, financial, hair, scalp, or client outcomes.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, business discussions, and student experiences may illustrate possible experiences but are not guarantees that another participant will achieve the same result.
Your results may depend on numerous factors, including your effort, experience, qualifications, market, business practices, and applicable laws.
16. Hair and Scalp Results
Hair and scalp outcomes can vary significantly between individuals.
Educational discussion of products, services, technologies, routines, ingredients, or other approaches does not constitute a promise that a particular person will experience hair growth, reduced hair loss, improved scalp health, or any other specific result.
Where appropriate, individuals should seek evaluation from a qualified healthcare professional.
17. Third-Party Products and Services
Our courses or website may discuss or link to third-party products, brands, devices, websites, software, services, or resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentioning a third-party product does not mean that Crown.Ologist controls or guarantees that product or service.

We work to maintain reasonable access to our Services, but we cannot guarantee that our website, course platform, videos, community, or other digital services will be available without interruption.

We may add, modify, replace, reorganize, or remove particular lessons or resources provided that doing so does not materially deprive a purchaser of the core offering purchased, subject to applicable law.
