The conversation is already happening

“My hair is thinning.”
What do you say next?

A client sits in your chair and asks about shedding, breakage or a scalp concern. They want to know what it means. Which product to use. Whether they should be worried.

You care about giving them a useful answer. That takes knowledge: knowing what to ask, what to look for, what to record and when someone else needs to be involved.

Crown.ologist Academy teaches you a process for that conversation—from the foundations of hair and scalp science to consultations, imaging, client support and follow-up.

Build the knowledge.
Give the conversation a clear next step.

Kayla McNeill, founder of Crown.ologist Academy

Why Crown.ologist exists

$80 million in haircare.
A gap I couldn’t ignore.

I spent more than 20 years in beauty and built a brand that did over $80 million in retail.

Then I started losing my own hair. I saw how much there was to learn—and how often the people clients turn to first were left without the education to answer their questions.

So I studied trichology. And I built Crown.ologist Academy to bring that knowledge into the conversations happening every day.

“I built the education I couldn’t find.”
